Dollywood Dining Guide

Dollywood is not only known for their roller coasters, but they are also known for their amazing theme park food! From a salty snack, a quick lunch, a sit down dinner, and of course a sweet treat, we have gathered up the best places to eat in all of Dollywood that will satisfy all of your cravings. 

Fast Food

Some days you just need a quick bite in between rides, and Dollywood has many wonderful fast food restaurants to choose from. There is definitely something for everyone!

Red’s Drive-In


Red’s Drive-In is a great place to get a quick meal for the entire family. It’s named after a 1950s restaurant in Sevierville where Dolly tasted her first hamburger. Red’s Drive-In has a very fun atmosphere that is reminiscent of diners of the ‘50s.

Red’s Drive-In serves up delicious burgers and hot crinkle fries. You can also enjoy creamy milkshakes too. They also have a topping bar so your whole family can have whatever toppings they want on their burgers. Who doesn’t love a good burger and fries?

Red’s Drive-In also has a children’s menu and is one of the few restaurants at Dollywood to feature Coca-Cola Freestyle. Red’s Drive-In has both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor air conditioning dining room is a bonus on a hot day.

Red’s Drive In is the perfect place for the whole family to get juicy burgers and fries. It is located in the Jukebox Junction area of Dollywood.

Hickory House BBQ

Hickory House BBQ is a wonderful place to get BBQ at Dollywood. They serve a melt in your mouth BBQ pulled pork sandwich, that is some of the best pork BBQ we have ever had.

Hickory House BBQ also serves other BBQ dishes like smoked brisket sandwiches, huge smoked turkey legs, Smokehouse pork fries, and chicken tenders. Each dish at Hickory House BBQ (with the exception of the turkey leg) includes delicious homestyle fries as well.

Hickory House BBQ is the best place at Dollywood to get a plate full of award winning BBQ. It has the best pork barbeque of any theme park we have ever tried! There are also lots of covered tables in the area to enjoy your meal.

Dogs N Taters

Dogs N Taters is the perfect place to take your kiddos. Dogs N Taters is known for its foot long corn dogs and their signature crispy, curly fries.  They also serve foot long hot dogs, for those who prefer their dog on a bun instead of on a stick.

Dogs N Taters is definitely the place for kids and kids at heart. What wouldn’t make a kid smile like a corn dog and fries?

Lumber jack’s Pizza

Lumber Jack’s Pizza is a perfect place for all pizza lovers. This fast service pizza restaurant features four different 8-inch pizzas. They offer Hawaiian Pizza, Cheese Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza, and Lumber Jack’s Pizza (pepperoni, sausage and bacon). Lumber Jack’s Pizza serves Gluten-Free and Vegan pizzas as well.

They also serve salads and kids meals as well. Lumber Jack’s Pizza is also one of the few restaurants at Dollywood to feature Coca-Cola Freestyle. It has lots of covered outdoor seating available as well. Lumber Jack’s Pizza is the best place for pizza in all of Dollywood!

Market Square Big Skillets

The aroma that comes from the open-air kitchen at Market Square Big Skillets will pull in the hungriest people. This open-air restaurant serves freshly made steak sandwiches. Watch as a skillet full of potatoes, peppers, onions and marinated beef is cooked right in front of you.

Also, keep in mind that Market Square Big Skillets’ menu changes depending on the festival and season. Market Square Big Skillets serves the best steak sandwiches in all of Dollywood!

Till & Harvest Food Hall

Don’t let the name fool you, Till & Harvest Food Hall is more than a food hall.

Their main offering is made to order burrito bowls. You choose your favorite protein over cilantro lime rice, nachos, lettuce, or ancient grains. Some of the offerings are grilled chicken, chili-rubbed steak, crispy chicken, black beans, and pinto beans.

The Till & Harvest Food Hall also serves cheeseburgers and chicken tenders. They also have chips with salsa, queso, and guacamole as a side dish for your meal. Till & Harvest Food Hall also has a children’s menu, vegan, and vegetarian options.

Till & Harvest Food Hall is located in the Wildwood Grove area of Dollywood.

Full Service Dining

Dollywood is not just limited to quick eats. They boast wonderful full service dining for when you and your family need a break from the hustle and bustle.

Aunt Granny’s Restaurant

Aunt Granny’s Restaurant is a wonderful place to take a break and enjoy a meal with the family. This family style restaurant serves up southern classics that will satisfy everyone. 

All meals at Aunt Granny’s Restaurant include your choice of two entries and four sides. Fried chicken, corn pudding, macaroni and cheese, and pork loin with gravy are just a few of their dishes to choose from. The meal also includes dessert, unlimited bread and complimentary drinks.

A reservation is often needed to eat at Aunt Granny’s, since its one of the more popular Dollywood restaurants at the park. So make sure you go to the restaurant early and make a reservation.

Aunt Granny’s is named after the loving nickname Dolly Parton’s nieces and nephews gave her. It’s also been named by USA Today as one of the top 10 best theme park restaurants. Aunt Granny’s Restaurant is by far one of the best restaurants in Dollywood!

Front porch Cafe

This family-style restaurant features many of Dolly’s favorite meals. At the Front Porch Cafe you can enjoy fried green tomatoes, smoked St. Louis ribs, a crispy chicken sandwich, and banana pudding cheesecake. These are just a few of their many menu items. Front Porch Cafe also has a kids menu, an á la carte style menu, and specialty beverages.

Reservations are often needed to eat at the popular Front Porch Cafe. So make sure you go to the restaurant early and make a reservation. It is a wonderful place to take a break and enjoy a southern style meal that everyone will enjoy.

Granny Ogle’s Ham ‘n’ Beans

Granny Ogle’s Ham ‘N’ Beans is more than a plate of ham and pinto beans … it’s a plate full of southern home cooking. They have many great southern comfort dishes like pimento cheese and pork rinds, meat loaf, chicken pot pie, and banana pudding for dessert. 

The most popular dish at Granny Ogle’s is not the ham and pinto beans, but their meatloaf stacker. I know what you’re thinking, what’s so special about meatloaf? Well, I tell you it’s more than just meatloaf. It’s meatloaf stacked on top of buttery bread, topped with mashed potatoes and delicious gravy.

Granny Ogle’s Ham ‘n’ Beans is a great place for a break and to enjoy some great southern comfort food. If you’re dining on their outside covered porch, you can enjoy the music from the performances at the Valley Theater. You can’t beat dinner and a show!

Miss Lillian’s Smokehouse

Miss Lillian’s Smokehouse is one of the best places for a satisfying BBQ meal at Dollywood. This sit down restaurant serves a delicious serving of smoked BBQ meats and a list of southern sides. Smoked-Rubbed Chicken Leg Quarter, Buttered Corn on the Cob, and Cole Slaw are just a few dishes on their menu. Miss Lillian’s Smokehouse also has an outdoor covered dining room as well.

Snacks

Dollywood has many great theme park snacks. From salty to sweet, to soft and crunchy, there is a snack for all taste buds.

SkyView Snacks

SkyView Snacks is a wonderful place for a snack break after riding Wild Eagle (SkyView Snacks is right next to Wild Eagle). You can get your favorite theme park snacks like popcorn, cotton candy, and ICEE’S. Make sure to try Dollywood’s iconic butterfly soft pretzel.

No snack says Southern quite like pork rinds! Luckily, Dollywood has the freshest pork rinds you will ever have. At Pork Rinds, watch as your snack is made fresh in front of you. Then take your pick of freshly made pork rinds.

Like your pork rinds with some flavor? Then try the BBQ pork rinds. Pork Rinds is a great option for a salty snack at Dollywood.

Deserts

Dollywood has many amazing desserts for when you’re craving something sweet. From fresh baked goods, to hand dipped ice cream, funnel cakes, or handmade confections and candies, there is something for every sweet tooth.

Grist Mill & Cinnamon Bread

You can’t go to Dollywood and not stop at Grist Mill & Cinnamon Bread! The delicious aroma of fresh baked cinnamon bread greets you at the Grist Mill. This famous cinnamon bread is baked fresh in-house daily.

Each loaf of cinnamon bread comes with an icing cup, but you can also pay extra for an apple butter. The Grist Mill also offers an assortment of cookies and drinks as well. 

Keep in mind that the line at Grist Mill & Cinnamon Bread can get very long, so be ready to wait awhile for Dollywood’s cinnamon bread. Grist Mill & Cinnamon Bread is a must do for all Dollywood guests!

Dollywood Insider tip: you can also find cinnamon bread at the Spotlight Bakery at the entrance of the park.

Spotlight Bakery

Spotlight Bakery is the best place in Dollywood for every type of baked good you crave. If it’s cupcakes, cookies, brownies, or cinnamon rolls, Dollywood’s bakery has them all. The bakery doesn’t serve just regular sized baked goods, but huge freshly baked treats.

One of the most unique treats at the bakery is its 25-pound apple pie, which is served up in a cast iron skillet. If the whole pie is a bit too much for you to handle, you can order a 3-pound slice. The 25-pound apple pie is the largest dessert the full service-bakery has to offer.

Spotlight Bakery is definitely the place for the best baked goods in Dollywood. You can even get cinnamon bread, which is the park’s most popular treat.

Splinter’s Funnel Cakes

Craving something fried and sweet? How about a freshly made funnel cake! Splinter’s Funnel Cakes is where you can get a classic funnel cake with powdered sugar, or go more extreme and choose one of this shop’s many toppings.

Sweet Shoppe Candy Kitchen is the ultimate candy shop! There are cases of candy and other sweet treats that line this candy shop’s colorful walls. You can get just about any confectionary treat you can imagine here. 

The shoppe also offer many flavors of homemade fudge, confections, and hand dipped caramel apples. The Sweet Shoppe Candy Kitchen is the best place for a variety of sweet treats that will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Dippin’ Dots

Nothing says quick and easy like Dippin’ Dots. This quick, frozen treat is a great way to cool off on hot days.

Dollywood serves many flavors of Dippin’ Dots including Cookie Dough, Cotton Candy, and their classic Rainbow Ice among others. Dippin’ Dots is a wonderful treat for a hot day.

Dippin’ Dots is located throughout Dollywood at the County Fair, in Jukebox Junctions, near the Tennessee Tornado, in Timber Canyon, and Wildwood Grove.
